Values Statement
I believe for teams to be truly successful they need to be empowered to act. Most companies however, focus on policies, procedures and processes and invest significant resources ensuring compliance. What makes a staff person exceptional is how they act when the rules don’t apply and its when this occurs that people act in accordance with their values. I recruit people that share my business values to deliver the best possible outcomes.
